Consistently good blends

I've ordered from Bird & Blend a few times now, and they're always reliable. This time I picked up some MojiTEA and their Fairy Dust Tea. Just like my previous orders, the quality of the loose leaf tea is excellent. Flavors are consistent and strong. Shipping takes a reasonable amount of time, usually about a week to the East Coast. I keep coming back because I know what to expect, and their unique blends are hard to find elsewhere. It's nice to find a tea company you can trust for both quality and variety.

Tea arrived late

I bought some Christmas Cake Tea and Spiced Pumpkin Pie Tea. The flavors are nice. However, my order took almost two weeks to get here. It missed a holiday gathering I wanted to share it at. Customer service was polite but couldn't speed it up. Good tea, but slow shipping was a hassle.

Great value on Tea Advent Calendar

I snagged the Tea Advent Calendar during their early bird sale. I was a bit hesitant about the price at first, but with the discount, it felt like a really good deal for all the different teas you get. It arrived in good time and the packaging was really festive. I actually saved a fair bit compared to buying similar amounts of tea separately. My only minor gripe was that I didn't love every single flavor, but that's expected with such a varied selection.

Great value on first purchase

This was my first time buying from Bird & Blend. I signed up for their newsletter and got 10% off my order of Matcha Tea Powder and a new Matcha Whisk. The discount made a real difference, especially since I was buying the whisk too. Shipping was free because my total was over the threshold, which was awesome. Everything arrived well-packaged. I felt like I got a really good deal for a quality product. It made the whole experience worth it and I'll definitely check for sales again.

Good quality, fast enough

I bought some Black Tea and a Tea Storage Tin. Quality of the tea is excellent. Packaging was secure. Delivery took about 5 days. No complaints really, just wish they had more dark roast options.

Good tea, slightly slow shipping

I ordered a Tea Selection Box and some Rhubarb and Custard Tea from Bird & Blend. The variety in the box was great, and the Rhubarb and Custard Tea brewed up nicely with a really pleasant aroma. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. My package took about 7 days to reach me in California, which felt a little long compared to other online stores, but everything was well-packed when it arrived. Overall, a solid experience, but I hope they can speed up their delivery times a bit for US customers.

Fun teas, arrived safely

Got some Fairy Dust Tea and a Tea Infuser from them. It was my first time trying this brand. The tea is really unique and tasted good. Everything arrived fine, no broken bits or anything. Just wish the shipping wasn't so much for smaller orders, but I guess that's how it goes sometimes.

Good quality, delivery could be faster

I ordered a selection of Loose Leaf Tea, including the Rhubarb and Custard Tea and some Earl Grey Blends. The teas themselves are really good; the Rhubarb and Custard has a nice, comforting flavor without being too sweet. My order took about 8 days to reach me in California, which felt a bit long, even for international shipping. Packaging was secure, everything arrived intact. I appreciate the unique blends they offer, but I wish there was a slightly faster shipping option, even if it cost a little extra. Overall, I'm satisfied with the products and the value for the quality of tea, but the delivery timeframe is something to consider for future orders.
